Obituary

Elkhorn: Mary Jane Magill, 92, of Williams Bay formerly of Elkhorn, WI died Tuesday February 3, 2015 at her residence. She was born June 4, 1922 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late James L. and Mary (Posus) Leeson. She was united in marriage to Robert F. Magill Sr. on September 25, 1943 in Junction City, Kansas. Robert died December 16, 2004. Mary Jane worked as dental hygienist in her early years, she was a member of St. John in the Wilderness Episcopal Church of Elkhorn and served on its Alter Guild, she was one of the original Pink Ladies at Lakeland Hospital, She and Robert were the first family in Elkhorn to host an AFS student, Mary Jane enjoyed golfing and playing Bridge. Her greatest joy in life was her family, she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed by all. She is survived by her three children; Diane (Joel Miller) Magill of Delavan, WI, Kirk (Jane) Magill of New Berlin, WI and Dr. J. Breck (Alice) Magill of Draper, UT. Ten grandchildren; Mike (Gena), Matt (Jill), Tyna (Mike), Jodi (Chris), Aleca (Tim), Cheri (Jeff), Cassie (Chris), Ted (Kassy), Bob (Julie) and Heather (Peter). Thirty three great-grandchildren; Emilee, Noah, Maggie, Mason, Carter, Abe, Eli, Maddie, Caleb, Max, Chloe, Libby, Breckyn, Rugby, Zoe, Emerson, Baden, Rex, Elsa, Camden, Cooper, Millie, Will, Kaleb, Anna, Jack, Ben, Tom, Jeff, Steve, Tyler, Isabella and Myles. One brother; Plato (Katherine) Leeson of Rockford, IL and by a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 61 years, Robert, two brothers Theodore and James Jr. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Friday February 6, 2015 at St. John in the Wilderness Episcopal Church 13 So. Church Street Elkhorn, WI. Entombment will be at Roselawn Memory Gardens in the Town of Delavan, WI. Visitation with the family will be after the service during the funeral luncheon.
