Mattie Susie Osborn age 77 of Antioch, IL died July 9, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Claiborne, Tennessee on February 5, 1946.  The daughter of the late Louis and Lillie (King) Lowe.

During her life she enjoyed gardening and bowling.  She loved birds and collected Owl figurines.  Mattie was a classic car enthusiast, especially Mustangs.   Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her family, especially her kids and grandkids.

Survived by her daughter Melinda Osborn (Dennis Rakoczy).  Loving Grandmother to Stephaine Osborn (Michael Poe) and Lilleeanna Osborn.  Great Grandmother to Preston "Jimmee" Osborn and Maikyll Poe.  Further survived by her sisters Corina Hatfield and Clarasie Hall.  She was preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held later.   The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI is honored to serve the Osborn family.
