Michael A. Howard, 61 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at United Hospital Systems- St. Catherine's in Pleasant Prairie, WI. He was born on November 29, 1954 in Chicago, IL, the son of Richard and Margaret (Cook) Howard. Michael married Bonnie Wills on December 11, 1982 at Como Community Church. He enjoyed Harleys, RC cars and helicopters, electronics, legos and anything where he use his hands to build.  Michael loved spending time with his friends, family and especially his granddaughters.

Michael is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Bonnie, one daughter, Hollie (Mike) Edwards, two granddaughters; Christi and Juliet, brother-in-law, Frank Petrosius, many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters; Melody (John) Erd, Marilyn Petrosius, Elizabeth (Wayne) Olson and three brothers; Vincent, Robert and Neal Howard.

Funeral service will be 6:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home, 730 N Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI.  Visitation will be 4:00 PM until service time Monday at the funeral home. Private burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Michael's name to American Diabetes Foundation, 375 Bishop's Way Suite 220, Brookfield, WI 53005. Michael's wish was for family and friends to please wear motorcycle gear and ride your motorcycle to the funeral.
