Michael J. Otto age 45 of Oshkosh, WI, died Monday November 3, 2014 at the Northpoint Medical and Rehab Center in Oshkosh.
Michael John Otto was born on February 24, 1969 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Thomas Willis and Joanne Names Otto. Michael lived in Waterford, WI before moving to Oshkosh 10 years ago. He enjoyed fishing and wheelchair rugby.
Michael is survived by: His mother and step father-Joanne and John Chiapusio of Elkhorn, WI; 7 brothers and sisters- Susan (Dennis) Koenig of Burlington, WI, Maria Chiapusio of Delavan, WI, Nicholas Chiapusio of Lyons, WI, Michelle Chiapusio of Burlington, WI, Melissa Chiapusio of Cudahy, WI, Nicole Chiapusio of Elkhorn, WI and Anthony Chiapusio of Waupun, WI; 2 step sisters-Collette Dunbar of Oklahoma, Julie Greenwald of Greenfield, WI and Connie Gray of Oregon; 1 step brother-Michael Miller of Greenfield, WI; and his caregiver and girlfriend-Betty Monroe of Oshkosh, WI.
He was preceded in death by his father-Thomas Willis Otto.
There will be a Memorial Service on Friday Nov. 7, 2014 at 5:30PM at the Cornerstone Church 1553 Church St. Lyons, WI. A Dinner will follow. The Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory of Elkhorn, WI served the Otto Family.
