Nathan D. Brellenthin, 36 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 in Madison, WI. He was born March 17, 1987 in Elkhorn, WI, the son of Dale and Calli (Mueller) Brellenthin.  Nate graduated from Elkhorn Area High School with the Class of 2006.  He enjoyed hunting, target shooting, riding motorcycles, and fishing.  Nate was Dave Matthews Band fan and enjoyed participating in the Locust Days Musical Festival in Milwaukee.  He was a hardworking and respectful man.  Nate worked at Next Door Pub, the Lakefront Brewery, Five Guys, and many other local bars and restaurants throughout the years.

Nate is survived by his parents, Dale and Calli Brellenthin, brother, Jacob Brellenthin, grandparents, Ralph and Johanna Mueller, many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, including Cameron and Ashley Burden and his godchild, Aubrey Burden.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard and Iris Brellenthin, and infant brother, Casey Michael.
