Elkhorn: Nellie Frances Demske; 90, of Elkhorn, WI died Thursday June 26, 2014 at Holton Manor Nursing Home Elkhorn, WI. She was born December 19, 1923 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Godfrey and Winifred (Napolitan) Tucker. Nellie served in the US Army during WWII with a tour of duty in the European African Theater and the Middle Eastern Theater. She was united in marriage to Robert Demske on April 16, 1949 in Chicago, IL. Robert died May 24, 1980. Nellie worked for several years at Perry Drug Store retiring in 1990. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Elkhorn, WI, VFW Women's Auxiliary, and the Walworth County Senior Travel Club. She is survived by her two sons: Marc (Jeane Northey) Demske and Michael Demske all of Elkhorn, WI, Three grandchildren Robert Beets, Steven Knight and Sara Kasper, Two great-grandchildren Bob and Riley Kasper and by one sister Patricia Miemczenski of Melrose Park, IL. Nellie was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 31 years, Robert, three sisters and five brothers. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday July 2, 2014 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI.
