Norma Jean McConnell, age 85, of Burlington, WI, went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 18, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born and raised in Monroe County, IN on August 22, 1938, the daughter of the late John and Iva (Frye) Barger.

She is survived by her six children; Kenny Ray (Jeanne) of CA, Kerri of IN, Kathy of TX, Kelli of IL, Tracy (Susie) of MI, Penni (Ted) of TN, eighteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, a precious great granddaughter on the way, two sisters and two brothers of IN and many nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her brother; Jackie Lee, parents; John and Iva, grandson; Johnathan, brother-in-law; Charles and son-in-law; Michael.

She will be deeply missed by all the lives she touched

A visitation will take place on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 10:00AM-11:00AM at the funeral home, 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI. A service will immediately follow at 11:00AM, with Pastor Scott Johnson officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Brown County, Indiana, where her final resting place will be with her parents and brother.
