IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Orlando
Toro
December 25, 1962 – May 3, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our cherished Orlando Toro, born on December 25,1962, in Wauwatosa, WI, and lived in Pell Lake, WI. The loving son of Domingo and Rosalina passed away on May 3, 2025. Family and friends are deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden passing.
Orlando (OT) will be forever cherished, remembered and missed by: Cheryl Girard, Domingo (Eva), Rosalina (Hernan "Eggie"), siblings Rosie (Juan), Domingo Jr. (Sheryl), Mike (Christina), Nini, Lizette, Jonathan and Brian. His memory will live on with his nephews Manny (Jamie), Abraham (Keysha), Elijah, Gabriel (Godson), niece Elysia and great-nephews Enzo, Niko and Lorenzo. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Throughout his life Orlando excelled at many interests like fishing, ice skating, roller skating, BMX racing, more fishing, cycling, bodybuilding, riding his motorcycles, clay shooting and more fishing. He was a MKE southside legend. On many hot summer nights he would ride his BMX bike off the Kozy pool high dive (after hours). He also rode down suicide hill at Mitchell Park, with fanfare. Orlando was a proud bouncer at many downtown nightclubs. Keeping the peace and making sure everyone was safe and having fun. He was hardworking, with a kindhearted spirit and always willing to lend a helping hand.
OT had an infectious smile and a great sense of humor (master of puns). He had a rare gift for making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.
Being in nature brought our brother joy and solace. Whether fishing, boating or sitting in his backyard taking it all in. At some point you may have been the recipient of his random photos of a beautiful sunrise, a serene sunset or a glowing moon. That was his quiet way of spreading love. Now we'll look at that same sky and know you're looking down on us.
Private family services will be held.
The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Genoa City, WI. is honored to serve the Toro family.
