Patricia Karpa age 87 of Twin Lakes, WI. died July 7, 2019 at her home.   She was born in the Ukraine on October 12, 1930.   The daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Marka) Kosmyna.   On March 31, 1949 she was united in marriage to Walter Karpa who preceded her in death.

Mother of Mary (Donald ) Via and Mike Karpa.   Preceded in death by her daughter Christine Karpa and son Walter Karpa.   Also preceded in death by Brothers Mike and Peter Kosmyna, Sisters Mary Dylapovich, Heima Kosmyna, Nadia Kosmyna and Mary Kushnia.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday July 10, 2019 at 1:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc.
