Patricia Ann Lukas, 76 of Crystal Lake, IL formerly of Milwaukee, WI, died Monday, January 1, 2018 at the Fountains at Crystal Lake.  She was born July 28, 1941 in Jefferson, WI, the daughter of the late William and Clara (Lloyd) Lukas. Patricia worked as Registered Nurse throughout her life retiring from City of Milwaukee Health Department.  She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in McHenry, IL and the City of Milwaukee Quarter Century Club.

Patricia is survived by her two siblings, James (Beth) Lukas of Crystal Lake, IL and Joanne (Gaylord) Lee of Green Valley, AZ, brother-in-law, James Wedige of Elkhorn, WI, thirteen nieces and nephews, 21 great-nieces and nephews, 4 great-great-nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kathleen "Kathy" Wedige.

Memorial Service will be 10:30AM on Friday, January 5, 2017 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 730 N Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI with Rev. Lori Lowe officiating.  Visitation will be 10:00AM until service time Friday at the Funeral Home.  Inurnment will follow services at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Elkhorn, WI.
