Patricia J. Walsh (Jean or Jeanne) became an angel on  September 9, 2025 at the age of 99.  She was born on August 11, 1926.  She loved her family with every breath she took, and they were the center of her life.  Along with her devotion to family, she cherished her home on Delavan Lake, where so many special memories were made.  She was a longtime member of the DLYC and Delavan Garden Club (past president).  She found joy in travel, bridge, dancing, and music, and she loved her ice cream cup and her sweet treats,  each bringing moments of delight that she shared with those that she loved.  She will be remembered for her generous spirit, her love of life, and the way she made every gathering brighter.

Jean was born in Chicago, IL; daughter of the late Patrick and Evelyn (Roche) Foley.  She was married to James J. Walsh Sr. from September 18, 1948, until the time of his passing on September 7, 2005.  Jean is survived by her loving children; James (Kathleen) Walsh Jr., Debbie Pukelis, Carolyn Kelly, Nancy (Brian) White; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; son; Patrick Walsh; grandsons; Todd Walsh, Jason White; and sons-in-law; Larry Pukelis, and Brian Kelly.

The family will be hosting a memorial gathering at a later date and time.  Remembrance memorials may be made in Patricia (Jean) Walsh's name to Aurora at Home Hospice Care.
