Obituary

Paula Lee Cronin, lovingly known by her grandchildren as "G-Ma Wuff Wuff," was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 8, 2025.

Born on November 8, 1943, in Hollywood, Florida, Paula was the cherished daughter of Kenneth Lee Frash and Pauline Gladys Frash. She grew up in the heart of Hollywood, where she graduated from South Broward High School. A proud member of the school's swimming team and The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Paula's spirit of dedication and compassion showed early in life.

Following high school, Paula began working at the Marco Polo Hotel in North Miami Beach. It was there she met the love of her life, Daniel "Tony" Anthony Cronin. The two were married on May 6, 1967, a simple and sweet ceremony on Kentucky Derby Day, exchanging vows before a Justice of Peace. Though modest in form, their union was rich in love and devotion.

Together, Paula and Tony created a home in Hollywood, Florida, raising three children, Kevin, Brian, and Kelly, whose lives she touched with unwavering support, faith, and love. She was deeply rooted in her spiritual community at First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood, where she served faithfully as a Deacon and later as a Grief Counselor. Her faith was not just a belief, it was a way of life, one she lived with strength and instilled deeply in her family.

She held many jobs throughout her life from waitressing at Emerald Hills Country Club, Comptroller at Atlantic Beauty Supply and ending her working life at The School Board of Broward County, Florida where she retired as a Budget keeper for Orange Brook Elementary School.

To know Paula was to know kindness, humor, and an abiding love for both people and animals. Her grandchildren brought her endless joy, and she embraced the name "G-Ma Wuff Wuff" with pride, a nickname that captured her playful spirit and deep affection for all creatures great and small.

Paula leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and family. She will be remembered always as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. The love she so graciously poured into those relationships will forever be etched into the hearts she encountered.

She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Tony, in Wilmot Cemetery, a place where countless family memories were made, and where her legacy will continue to be honored for generations to come.

Paula is survived by her children; Kevin (Jenny) Cronin, Brian (Jacqueline) Cronin, and Kelly (Peter Kelly) Cronin. She is further survived by her grandchildren; Connor, Rylie, Delaney, Claire, and Ben.

Paula is preceded in death by her parents, and the love of her life, Dan "Tony" Anthony Cronin.

A graveside service will take place at 10:30 A.M. at Wilmot Cemetery, 31380 Wilmot Rd., Randall Township, WI., 53181. Haase-Lockwood and Associates are proud to have taken care of the Cronin family.
