Peggy Ellen Fonte-Murphy, age 73 of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away at home in the early morning Sunday, December 13, 2020. Daughter of the late Archie M. and Virginia M. (Roath) Larson, Peggy was born on December 3, 1947 in Solon Mills, IL. Peggy loved Jesus and was a faithful servant of her Lord and Savior. She was a loving grandmother who truly cherished her six grandkids. During her life, Peggy was a school bus driver, and a life-long lover of Shetland Sheepdogs, having lost her last Sheltie, Quinn, two years ago. Later in life, she was united in marriage to her loving husband, Tom Murphy, on March 24, 2017 in Woodstock, IL, with whom she enjoyed spending summers in Lac du Flambeau, WI.

Peggy is survived by her husband Tom; her son Doug (Lisa) Fonte of Twin Lakes, WI; her grandchildren Courtney, Amber, Josh, James, Nicole, and Taylor; her great-grandson Liam; her sister Melody Larson of Twin Lakes, WI; and her brother Jack (Suzy) Larson of Island Lake, IL.

No services will be held at this time. The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI is assisting Peggy's family.
