Philip J. Polito, age 86 formerly of New Lisbon, WI and IL, of Elkhorn, died on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born on June 8, 1928 in Chicago, IL, the son of August and Laura Polito.  Philip was united in marriage to Naomi Walter on June 10, 2000 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Elkhorn, WI.

Philip is survived by his loving wife, Naomi, 5 children; Joseph (Rea), Phyliss, Michael (Victoria), Michael, and Billie Rae Polito, 3 grandchildren; Jenifer, Dana, and Michael E. Polito, six great-grandchildren, 3 cousins, Violet, Josephine, and Florence (Dominic).  He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Tracy, and one sister, Anna Rose.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Pell Lake with Pastor Brian Metke officiating.  Visitation will be held from 9:00AM until service time Tuesday at the church.  Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory, in Elkhorn, WI, is assisting the family.  Online Guest Book at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.
