Philip A. Polodna, age 50, of North Prairie, WI died on December 11, 2014.
Philip was born on October 6, 1964 in Prairie du Chien, WI the son of Carrol and Helen (Stuckey) Polodna. He graduated from University of Wisconsin Platteville with a degree in engineering. Philip married Amy Helker on June 20, 1992 at Mark's Lutheran Church in Waukesha.
Beloved husband of Amy. Cherished father of Kristyna, Kurtis, Lucas, and Alyssa Grace. Philip is further survived by his father, Carrol; brothers, Steve (Donna), Mike (MaryJo), and Mark (Carol); sister, Mary (Scott) Board; father-in-law and mother-in-law Kurk (Sue) Helker; brothers-in-law Jason (Barb) Helker and Erion Helker; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Philip was preceded in death by his mother, Helen.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service at St. John's Lutheran Church 312 N. Main St. North Prairie, WI with Rev. Daniel Torkelson officiating. Burial will follow at North Prairie Cemetery.
