Randall "Randy" D. Williams, 76 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Tender Reflections in Elkhorn, WI.  He was born December 24, 1939, the son of Richard and Lola (Heir) Williams. Randy served in the United States Army. He enjoyed spending time outdoors boating, hunting, camping, deep sea fishing and riding motorcycles. Randy loved playing cards, especially poker. Randy is survived by his partner of 30 years, Kathleen Morgan, his three children; Diane (Paul) Gruber, David (Tina) Williams and Dana (Greg) Williams, seven grandchildren; Brandon, Brooke, Max, Jackson, Olivia, Patrick and Owen and four siblings; Richard "Rusty", Gail, Greg and Christy.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
