Richard "Rick" L. Ellsworth, 67; of N. Broad Street Elkhorn, WI died unexpectedly Thursday December 22, 2016 at his residence. We would like to relay the message of "Live Life, Love Life" as every day is precious.  He was born April 19, 1949 in Elkhorn, WI the son of Kenneth and Mary (Hamarik) Ellsworth.  Rick graduated from Elkhorn Area High School, graduated from University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a Bachelors Degree in Education.  On September 23, 1995 he was united in marriage to the former Sandra "Sandy" Dahlberg.  Rick was also married to the former Linda Mortensen for over 14 years. Rick was employed as a Sales Manager with Sound Investments of Glendale, WI for over 20 years retiring in 2011. The past 3 years he enjoyed his retirement job at Frank's Liquor Store in Elkhorn, WI.  He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Elkhorn, WI.  Rick is survived by his wife of 21 years, Sandy, three children; Heather (Scott) Kindberg of Chester, VA, Samantha Ellsworth and Taylor Ellsworth of Elkhorn, WI, Four grandchildren; Benjamin, Seth, Gabriel Richard and Grace Kindberg, His father Kenneth L. Ellsworth of Elkhorn, two brothers; John Ellsworth of Elkhorn, WI and Bill (Doreen) Ellsworth and their son Brandon of North Prairie, WI, Rick's former wife, Linda (Ronald) Dunwiddie of Elkhorn, WI, their daughter; Stacy (D.J.) Smith of Parker, CO and their children; Jackson and Brady Smith and by a host of treasured relatives and friends.   Rick was preceded in death by his mother; Mary.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5pm - 8pm at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory 730 North Wisconsin St Elkhorn WI.  Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM Wednesday December 28, 2016 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church 107 W. Walworth Street Elkhorn, WI with Father Oriol Regales officiating.  Burial will be in the Spring at Hazel Ridge Cemetery Elkhorn, WI .  Memorials in Rick's name would be preferred in lieu of flowers to be used for assisting with Taylor's college education fund.
