Robert Charles Conklin age 81 died August 30, 2018. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 19, 1937. The son of Levi and Eugena [Bort] Conklin. He was united in Marriage to Shirley G Conant who preceded him in death. He worked many years as a Press Operator for American Motors.

He is survived by his four children. Mike Conklin, Don [Nichole] Conklin, Phil Conklin. and Pat Schoonover.  Further Survived by his Grandchildren; Teresa [Stephen] Green, Amanda [Jake] Winders, John [Stacy] Hudson, Keith Hudson, Melinda Hudson, Jeremy Conklin, Christine Conklin, Aaron Conklin, Tori Conklin, and Colin Conklin.  Great Grandfather to Ethan Sanchez, Trenton Sanchez, Gabriel Green, Cody Hudson, Matthew Hudson, Diserae Hudson, Carter Hudson, and Harper Winders. Brother to Diana [Carr] Simonson.  He was preceded also in death by his Grandson Keith Hudson, Granddaughter Melinda Hudson. Grandmother Bell Bort. Uncle Bill Bort, Mother Eugena [Bort] Carr, Sister Diana [Carr] Simonson and Stepfather William Carr.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday September 6, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes WI. Burial will follow at Mound Prairie Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until time of services.
