Robert L. Dhooghe, age 70, of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away Saturday morning, April 6, 2019 at his home.

Robert Leo Dhooghe was born on December 17, 1948 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Leo C. and Myrtle Bothmann Dhooghe.  On March 10, 1973 in Chicago, IL, Robert was united in marriage to Roberta E. Lutze.  They lived in Chicago before moving to Twin Lakes in 1996.

Robert served in the U.S. Army.  He formerly worked as a delivery driver for Advanced Auto in Lake Geneva, WI.  He enjoyed reading about cars, trading cars and watching NASCAR and any auto racing.

Robert is survived by: his wife, Roberta; a son, Karl (Sharlene) Dhooghe of Woodstock, IL; a daughter, Erika (Richard Barch) Dhooghe of Pell Lake, WI; 3 grandchildren, Cora Cambria Barch, Jack Dhooghe and Allison Dhooghe and a sister, Shirley (Billie) Turner of Lakeland, FL.
