Robert Gerald Piraro

Robert G. Piraro age 98 of Lake Como, WI died peacefully at his home on Tuesday January 13, 2026. Robert was the son of the late Rosario and Jane (Magnum) Piraro; born in Chicago, IL on September 12, 1927. Robert was married to Beatrice Hartman on July 10, 1948 in Chicago, IL. Robert was a proud member of the Pipe Fitter’s Union and the work that he did as an HVAC Technician. Robert spent most of his life living in the Chicago and Elmhurst areas, until moving to Lake Como later in life. Most of the people in his neighborhood didn’t know him as Robert, but as Como Bob. Robert was an avid pool player and played in leagues until 2025. He also had a love for reading and woodworking; and he enjoyed spoiling himself with a new car whenever the opportunity arose. Robert is preceded in death by his parents; wife; sister; Lorraine Piraro; sons; Steven and Robert Piraro; and son-in-law; Donald Moss Sr. He is survived by his daughter; Kathleen Moss; grandchildren; Donald (Jennifer) Moss Jr.; Stacey Moss; Lisa (Kevin) Lauer, Nicole (Russell) Whitesell, Ryan Piraro, Fallon Piraro, Erin (Nicholas) Kurasz; and two daughters-in-law.

A Celebration of Roberts life will take place at a later date and time.
