Ronald G. Barnes, 86, & Amy E. Barnes, 82, of Presque Isle, WI formerly of Delavan, WI both died Friday February 19, 2016 in the Town of Arbor Vitae, WI in an auto accident. Ronald was born April 11, 1929 in Delavan, WI the son of the late Chester and Candace (Grover) Barnes.  Amy was born April 24, 1933 in Alabama the daughter of the late Clarence C. and Lucille (Brown) Cummings.  Ron and Amy were united in marriage in Elkhorn, WI on April 25, 1953.  Ron was a Sergeant serving in the US Marines from August 1948 until August 1952, he was awarded a Bronze Star for his "great skill and courage in the performance of his duties as a machine gun crewman" during his tour of duty in Korea.  Ron was employed for many years with Lyle's TV and Appliance of Elkhorn, WI retiring in 1986.  Amy worked for over 30 years at Sta-Rite Industries of Delavan, WI retiring in 1990.  They enjoyed the outdoors, feeding the birds and watching the wildlife at their home in the north woods.  They were active members of the Living Hope Church of Winchester, WI.  Ron belonged to the VFW Post #2599 of Presque Isle, WI.  Ron and Amy are survived by two daughters; Linda (Paul) Blum of Janesville, WI and Joan (Dave) Moran of Delavan, WI, six grandchildren; Matthew (Emily) Blum of Janesville, WI, Monique (Bob) North of Elkhorn, WI, Angelique Foerster and Reanna Sandhu both of Delavan, WI KatieSwanson of Madison, WI and Patricia Moran of Rhinelander, WI, eight great-grandchildren, Ron's sister, Ruth Hibbard of Eagle, River, WI, Amy's brother, Bernard (Debbie) Hollingsworth of Little Rock, Arkansas and by a host of other relatives and friends.  They were preceded in death by their granddaughter Jessica Blum, Ron's twin brother Don (Joan) Barnes and his sister Carolee (Rick) Recob.  Memorial services with military honors will be 11:00 AM Saturday February 27, 2016 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N.
