Rosemary A. McNeill age 72 of Wheatland, WI passed away March 17, 2018 at Geneva Lake Manor in Lake Geneva, WI.   She was born in Kenosha, WI on April 3, 1945, the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Del Negro) Celmerowski.   On October 2, 1971 at St. Mary's Church in Kenosha, WI she was united in marriage to James McNeill.   She worked as a second grade teacher early in her adult life before raising her children.

Rosemary had a gift for caring for children and was a dedicated and faithful advocate for unborn children as part of the Right to Life movement.   She was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in New Munster, WI.  There she was involved in the prayer group and enjoyed serving the Lord by going to mass often.

Rosemary is survived by her husband James.  Her six children: Wulf McNeill, Kiev (Sarah) McNeill, Scot (Shanshan) McNeill, Kirstin McNeill, Shannon (Fikrullah) Kisa, and Carli McNeill.  Further survived by 10 grandchildren and a sister, Yvonne Carlan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 9:00 AM at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 6301 344th Ave.  Burlington, WI (New Munster).  Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Kenosha, WI.   Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.   The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home of Twin Lakes, WI is assisting the family.
