Rose Mary "Babe" Kasken age 90 of Randall Township, WI, died Tuesday October 21, 2014 at the Aurora Kenosha Medical Center in Kenosha, WI.
The former Rose Mary Sarbacker was born on October 18, 1924 in Burlington, WI the daughter of the late Fred L. and Marie Gelden Sarbacker, Sr.. On March 7, 1945 in Kenosha, WI, Rose Mary was united in marriage to Robert Benjamin Kasken. He preceded her in death on November 10, 2007. She has been a resident of Randall Township her entire life.
Rose Mary was a member of Peace Ev. Lutheran Church in Wilmot, WI. She loved baking pies for any occasion. She also enjoyed gardening and knitting.
Rose Mary is survived by: 1 daughter-Beverly (Gordon) Gill of Burlington, WI; 1 son-Jeffrey (Tami) Kasken of Delavan , WI; 3 grandchildren-Brianna, Daniel (Jeni) and Ryan (Erika); 3 gr. Grandchildren-Joshua, Gabriella and Jonathan; 1 sister-Donna (Len) Rego of Bassett, WI.
She was preceded in death by 1 grandson-Bobby Gill, 1 sister Catherine DeRome and 2 brothers-Fred "Red" Sarbacker and Raymond Sarbacker.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday Nov. 1, 2014 at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home in Twin Lakes with Pastor James Fischer officiating. Interment will follow in Burlington Cemetery. The Kasken Family will receive friends from 9:00AM until the time of Services at the Funeral Home. Memorial remembrances may be made to Peace Ev.
