Roy T. Flynn, age 64, of Salem Lakes, WI, passed away Sunday morning, July 8, 2018 at his home.

Roy Tris Flynn was born on September 15, 1953 in Maryville, TN, the son of the late Roy M. and Thelma Burchfield Flynn.  On June 19, 2009 in Aiken, SC, Roy was united in marriage to Heidi L. Zumwalt.  They lived in South Carolina until moving to Salem Lakes in 2010.

Roy served in the U.S. Navy.  He worked as a purchasing agent for Energy Solutions in Zion, IL.  He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Twin Lakes.  He enjoyed reading books, traveling and he lived life to the fullest.

Roy is survived by:  his wife, Heidi; 2 children, Jeremy (Melissa) Flynn of Rockford, TN and Erin of Knoxville, TN; 2 stepchildren, Alisa Wilcox of North Carolina and Kara Wilcox of North Carolina; 4 grandchildren, Trey Hoyle and Bailey Hoyle and Logan Flynn and Zachery Flynn; 1 sister, LaCona Cyganiak of Huntsville, AL.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Hope Lutheran Church, 876 Lance Dr. Twin Lakes, WI.  Memorial Remembrances may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, 375 Bishops Way Suite 220, Brookfield, WI 53005.  The Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes is serving the Flynn Family.
