Ruth M. Slack, age 79, of Delavan, WI, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, WI.  She was born on February 4, 1936 in Elkhorn, WI; the daughter of Fred and Lucille (Mayhew) Boss.  Ruth was united in marriage to Emil Slack, who preceded her in death.  Ruth enjoyed cooking, gardening, and helping others.

She is survived by her four children; Denise Vogel of IL, Emil (Tami) Slack Jr. of MN, Janie (Dan) Mohr of WA, and Allison (Russell) Schroeder of Lake Geneva, WI, seven grandchildren; Chani, David, Chris, Justin, Brandon, Brittany, and Dallas; two great-grandchildren; Bella and Carlos Jr., four brothers; Richard, Clarence, Kenny, and Marvin, many nieces and nephews.  Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Emil, her parents, one daughter, five brothers, and one sister.
