Ruth M. Trussell, 91, of Camp Lake, WI, passed away March 17, 2018, at Elder Care Cottages, Tichigan, WI.

She was born on July 2, 1926, in Antioch, IL, the daughter of Douglas McGlynn and Vivian Rogers McGlynn Breul.

On April 20, 1945, she was united in marriage to Emory Calvin Trussell, Sr., in Antioch, IL.  They made their home in Channel Lake, IL, before moving to Camp Lake, WI.  She taught many years, most of them as special reading teacher in Lake Villa, IL.

She is survived by her six children, Emory C. Trussell, Jr. of Camp Lake, WI, Karen (Clint) Bennett of Burlington, WI, Guy (Heather) Trussell of Twin Lakes, WI, Timothy (Tracee) Trussell of Waleska, GA, Carl (Denise) Trussell of Atlanta, GA, Sharon (Mike) McGrath of Richmond, IL, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Emory C Trussell, her parents, her brother Douglas McGlynn, and sisters Carol Sheen, Barbara Bjork, and Margaret Runyard.

Ruth was laid to rest at Liberty Corners Cemetery in the town of Salem.
