Sandra L. Madl age 74 of Elkhorn passed away in her home on Monday June 8, 2015.  Sandra was born in Baltimore on September 6, 1940, daughter of the late Bill and Louise Holmes.  Sandra is preceded in death by her parents and husband John Madl.  She is survived by; her children; Ellen Madl, Laura Madl, and John (Deborah) Madl Jr.; four half sisters; Barb Biles, Kathy (Mike) Conrad, Cheryle Chon, and Beverly (Dave) Compton; four grandchildren; Brian (Sarah) Madl, Mark Zawadzki, Candice Madl, and Samantha Zawadzki; and three great grandchildren; Abby, Braxton, and Skylar.  A memorial visitation will be held at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home of Elkhorn, WI on Sunday June 14, 2015 from 1pm to 2pm.  Service to follow at 2pm.  Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Elkhorn is assisting the family with the arrangements.
