Stephen "Roscoe" A. Merritt, 63 of Territorial Road Whitewater, WI died Sunday May 1, 2016 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice Wauwatosa, WI. He was born November 13, 1952 in Pasadena, TX the son of Earl and Dorothy (Watts) Merritt. Roscoe owned and operated Dependable Pier Service.  He is survived by his mother Dorothy Merritt, a sister Dorothy Wert, and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father.  Visitation 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM followed by a service at 6:00 PM Friday May 6, 2016 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory Elkhorn, WI.
