Steve T. Mazias age 65 of Pell Lake, WI died Wednesday evening September 24, 2014 at the Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.
Steve Tony Mazias was born on August 24, 1949 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Steve and Rosey Mazias. On May 5, 1984 at the Chapel on the Hill in Lake Geneva, Steve was united in marriage to Judith Tihlarik. She preceded him in death on March 22, 1991. He lived in Posen, IL before moving to Pell Lake in 1977.
Steve served in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam. He formerly worked for Guardian Container in Elkhorn, WI and for the past 5 years worked in sales at Walmart in Lake Geneva. He was a member of the National Rifle Assoc. He enjoyed and was involved in the Civil War reenactments throughout the area. He was an avid Green Bay Packer Fan and enjoyed playing pool, fishing and hunting.
Steve is survived by: His significant other-Linda Beale; stepsons-Jerry Todd of Pell Lake, WI and Jason (Cindy) Todd of Pell Lake, WI; 9 grandchildren-Melissa, Justin, Jacob, Amanda, Christina, Brittany, Stephanie, Riley and Michael; 6 great grandchildren-Breydon, Madison, Kasen, Jaylin, Dajhia and Bailey; 2 sisters-Denise, Donna and 1 brother-Butch. Funeral services will be held at 7:00PM Monday Sept. 29, 2014 at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory in Genoa City. Interment with Military Honors will be at 2:00PM Tuesday at Bloomfield Cemetery. The Mazias family will receive friends from 4:00PM Monday until the time of services.
