Elkhorn: Steven M. Leahy: 45 of N. Lincoln Street Elkhorn died unexpectedly Wednesday April 16, 2014 at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center Milwaukee, WI. He was born September 2, 1968 in South Bend Indiana. He was the son of the late Gerald T. and Constance J. (Kelso) Leahy Jr. Steve graduated from Elkhorn Area High School with the Class of 1987. He was a machinist with SPX of Delavan, WI for over 20 years. Steve enjoyed hunting, playing cards, especially Poker, watching his favorite teams Cubs, Bears and Notre Dame. Steve's greatest joy was spending time his family, watching all his nieces and nephews at all of their various activities. He is survived by his seven siblings: Mary (Eric) Breese of Woodlands, TX, Thomas Leahy of Stevens Point, WI, Kevin (Jodi) Leahy, Theresa (Brad) Boeger, Patrick (Mary), Joseph (Delfina) and Bridget (Aundrey) Vaughn all of Elkhorn, WI. Special Friend; Julie Vaughn-Gills of Kentucky, Thirteen Nieces and Nephews; Caitlin, Keenan, Kylee, Evan, Joseph, Sean, Megan and Connor Leahy, Emily and Arin Breese, Maura, Riley and Aislin Vaughn. His Uncle; Steven (Becky) Kelso of Indianapolis, IN and by a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday April 22, 2014 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI with Father Jim Schuerman officiating.
