Susan Kay Shehane (Olson) left this world suddenly in her Lake Geneva, home on December 10th, 2023 at the age of 80, with her husband Claude by her side. She was known by many for her charming smile.

Susan was born to Lloyd and Hazel (Carlstrom) Olson on February 4th, 1943, in Chicago, IL. Her family moved to Twin Lakes, WI., a few years later, where she enjoyed swimming, horseback riding, roller-skating, and spending time with her two sisters, and friends. She graduated from Wilmot High School in Wilmot, WI., in 1961, where she was a cheerleader, and Homecoming Queen.

On May 30th, 2004, Susan married Claude "Chip" Shehane. They met in California and shortly after moved back to Wisconsin. She loved her family dearly, and enjoyed spoiling them when she could.

Susan is survived by her devoted husband of 19 years; her three children: son Scot (Terry Gram) Moran of Stone Lake, WI.; daughter Sherry (James) Thomas, of Williams Bay, WI.; Adam (Kristi) Cooper of Inver Grove Heights, MN.; five grandchildren: Morgan (Tony); Megan (Chris); Stephanie (Tyler); Ozzie, and Tyson; five great-grandchildren: Ayden, Stone, Cruz, Haven, and Snowe; two siblings; Karen Hartman of St. Peterburg, Fl., and Diane (John) Wright of San Clemente, CA.; along with many nephews, nieces, wonderful friends, and beloved pet Lulu.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents; former husband Robert Cooper; ex-husband David Moran; and brother-in-law James Hartman.

Funeral service will be held on Monday December 18th, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home, 620 Legion Drive, Twin Lakes, WI. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Following the service, the burial with be held at Mound Prairie Cemetery, in Twin Lakes between 2:45 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
