Teresa Ann Brztowski age 52 of Palatine, IL. Died June 27, 2017.   She was born on October 14, 1964.  The daughter of Robert and Doris (Ingram) Brztowski.   During her life she was a Yoga Instructor and also enjoyed Playing Poker.

She is survived by her Parents Robert and Doris Brztowski, Daughter Delilah (Athanasios) Polyzois.  Grandchildren Alexander Brztowski and Delaney Brztowski.   Further survived by her Sister Laura Cote, Brothers Robert Brztowski and George Brztowski.  Special Friend Daniel Elston.

Graveside Services for Teresa will be held on Friday June 30, 2017 at 1:30PM at Windridge Memorial Park 7014 S. Rawson Bridge Rd.  Cary, IL.  Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.  The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home of Twin Lakes, WI. is assisting the family.
