Thomas R. Mitacek; 61, of Turtle Lake, Delavan, WI died Friday November 27, 2015 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center.  He was born September 24, 1954 in Chicago, IL the son of Richard J. and Barbara P. (Philipp) Mitacek.  Tom was united in marriage to Cheryl A. Werner on May 15, 1976 in South Milwaukee, WI.  Tom worked as a carpenter for many years.  He was a member of the Turtle Lake Association, he was a former Cub Scout Pack Leader with Troop #324, and he was awarded the Father of the Year in 1988 by the Cudahy Rotary Club.  He enjoyed fishing; his greatest joy was his family, he was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed.  He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Cheryl, two sons; Matthew (Jennifer) Mitacek of Kenosha, WI and Christopher (Emily) Mitacek of Hendersonville, TN, two grandchildren; Madilynn and Mason.  His mother Barbara Mitacek, Nine siblings; Richard (Karen) Mitacek, Charlie (Kathy) Mitacek, Janet (Ken) McEwen, Clare Erber, Joe (Jeannie) Mitacek, Irene (Dennis) Doyle, James (Maureen) Mitacek, Mary (Phil) Fese and Peter (Pam) Mitacek, sister-in-law; Linda Mitacek and by a host of other relatives and friends.  Tom was preceded in death by his father and one brother Timothy.  Memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday December 02, 2015 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI.  Visitation will be Wednesday at the funeral home from 12:00 PM (Noon) until time of service.
