Thomas A. Tasch, age 57, of Geneva National, Lake Geneva passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on September 15, 2014. Tom was born August 21, 1957 in Chicago Illinois to the late Gerald and Evelyn (Finan) Tasch. He was the owner of Tasch BP Station in Elkhorn where he was loved by his loyal staff and customers. Prior to owning Tasch BP, Tom had a successful career with Hyatt Hotels, where he managed hotels in Miami, San Francisco, Long Beach and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Tom is survived by his five siblings, John (Victoria) of Hartland; Michael (Pamela) of Lake Geneva; Jeanne (William) Hehr of Stoughton; Gerald of Chicago; and James of Baltimore; two nieces, Sarah and Jennifer and several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Tom will be remembered for his generosity, compassion, sense of humor and style. He was the best brother, uncle, friend and employer that anyone could ask for. Memorial service will be held 12:00 PM (Noon) Friday September 19, 2014 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI with Father Oriol Regales officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery Elkhorn, WI.
