Uriah Andromache Batiste Zeien was called from his families loving arms in the early morning hours of July 4, 2026
On December 22, 2025 Uriah made his grand entrance into our lives. He was due in January, but insisted on being here early to share in all the chaos and laughter that holidays bring with family.
He was a joy to be with, in every moment. Always handsome, always patient, always kind; his smile lit up the room and his beautiful eyes captured everyone who met him – and there were a lot of people Uriah got to meet in his precious time with us!
Everyone called him “Momma’s shadow” because she took him everywhere with her. He put a smile on people’s faces, everywhere he went, and he loved meeting new people and brightening their day with his contagious smile and those dazzling dimples of his.
His joy for life and love for his Momma shown through in every smile, in every giggle, in every dance – and man – did that little guy LOVE to dance!
His peaceful presence and joyful soul spilled out onto others in the most beautiful and loving way and he filled every room with the love and laughter that makes us all find the joyful part of our soul, the kind that only the beautiful heart of a child has a way of doing.
The love and promise and hope that he brought to all of us in his short time here with us, will carry on with every single person his little heart touched – for a lifetime.
As those of us who were privileged to love you are called to move forward now – know that we are not moving on - we are moving WITH you – and our hearts and souls carry the depth of those sweet little dimples and the wiggle of your Schoobie –Doobey dance in everything we do now.
This isn’t farewell our sweet little man, it’s just “Bye, for now.”
Uriah was brought into this world by his loving Mom, Megan Zeien and Father, Peter Bedford.
He will remain in the hearts of his Grandparents Pam Miller(Paul Ketterhagen), Scott Zeien, and Kimberly Sam, Aunt Justine Hull, Uncle Jaret Ketterhagen, TT Chelsea and Jesse, (Sissa) Milissa Bailey and Colin. Great-Grandparents Debrah Miller and Mike and MaryJo Zeien, Great Aunts and Uncles Holly and Scott Kniss, Craig Tripp and Lori, Kathy Miller and Sam, Bob and Joann Zeien, Chris and Linda Zeien and Betsy and Brian Keith as well as his Godparents: Albert Gallo and Kaitlyn McGrain.
