Valerie R. Sikorski, 90, of Twin Lakes, WI., passed away on February, 23rd 2026. She was born to Frank, and Rose (Jurasek) Vosejpka, on September 5th, 1935. Valerie Rose Sikorski left this earth to be with her beloved husband Donald.
Valerie’s greatest joy in life was being around family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren; James McKinley (Carrie), Jill McKinley, Jeff McKinley, Jenni Gutierrez (Eddie), Brett Ketza (Courtney), and Nicole Ketza. She loved going on adventures with her great grandchildren; James McKinley III, Bobby McKinley, Mateo Gutierrez, and Carter Ketza. Valerie loved a Costco hotdog, as much as she loved a ribeye steak. She loved her trips to the Costco store with her great grandson’s pushing her cart, and trying all the samples. Trips with the family to Disney World, Jenni’s wedding in California, and many stops at Wisconsin Dells, were just some of her favorite times/places. Valerie loved to go on Facebook, and see what the family was doing, and she loved to post the memories of all the fun, and adventures that kept her reminiscing the past. Valerie loved to decorate, and her home showed her ability in every room that she designed.
Valerie, is survived by her three children; Janice Ketza, Judy McKinley (James), and Larry Ketza (Diana). She is also survived by her sisters; Rosemary, Dorothy, Francine, and Loretta, her many nieces, and nephews that she loved dearly.
Valerie is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Donald.
A special spot is in her heart for Carrie Martinez, for making the last months of her life comfortable.
It will be hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember. Though our hearts are heavy we find comfort knowing she is reunited with the love of her life. Her laughter, her warmth, and the memories she created will live on in every family gathering, every shared story, and every adventure still to come.
Haase-Lockwood & Associates are honored to have served the Sikorski family.
