Velma R. Ball age 89 died May 4, 2020.   She was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on January 12, 1931.  The daughter of the late Patrick and Velma (Dubose) Breen.  On August 8, 1951 she was united in marriage to Richard Ball.

Velma is survived by her husband Richard.  Mother of Debra Rybarczyk and David (Jodie) Ball.   Grandmother of Kimberly (Steven) Slavik, Michael Jeschke, Paul Rybarczyk, Matthew Rybarczyk, Evan Ball, Jordan Ball, Sarah Ball.  Great Grandmother to Katie Slavik, Logan Slavik, Grace Slavik, Ryan Jeschke and Emily Jeschke.   She was preceded in death by her son in law Stanley Rybarczyk.
