William "Bill" F. Aspinall, 91 of Lake Geneva, WI, died Saturday November 13, 2021 at Golden Years of Lake Geneva, WI.  He was born August 2, 1930 in Lake Geneva, WI, the son of the late George and Anne (Bence) Aspinall.  He graduated from Lake Geneva High School with the Class of 1948 and then attended University Wisconsin-Stout Menomonie, WI.  He served in the US Army from 1951 to 1954.  He was united in marriage to Norma Jean Kersting on December 28, 1951 in Lake Geneva, WI. She died July 29, 1994.  On June 17, 1995, he married Joyce L. (Jacobs) Lockwood at Millard Community Church in Elkhorn, WI. Bill was employed with Wisconsin Southern Gas Company of Lake Geneva, WI for over 42 years before retiring in 1992.  Bill was an avid golfer, he enjoyed taking long walks, and he was avid Green Bay Packer fan who held season tickets.  He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He will be greatly missed by his four children; Kathi (Alan) Bosworth, Dale (Jessica) Aspinall, Neal (Karen) Aspinall and Audrey (Raymond) Young, two step-sons; Steve (JoAnne) Lockwood and Tim (Mary) Lockwood, eight grandchildren and six step-grandchildren Becky (Peter) Harmon, Nikki Rowell, Camille, Alyssa, Zachary, Drew (Samantha), Colin and Paige Aspinall, Steven (Kathy), Robert (Tricia), Alex (Shauna), Daniel (Tracey), Drew (Megan) and Megan Lockwood, six great-grandchildren and twelve step great-grandchildren Maximus, Violet, Austin, Joanna, Jamie, Jared, Connor, Cole, Chase, Josh, Olivia, Jack, Ben, Beckham, Brooks, Declan, Claire and Grace. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 42 years, Norma and his second wife of 26 years, Joyce, his brother Edward Aspinall. Funeral Service will be 11:30 am Friday November 19, 2021 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes, 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI.  Visitation will be Friday from 9:30 am until service time at the funeral home.  Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Geneva, WI.
