William "Bill" Joseph Kettledon, 87 of Elkhorn, WI formerly of Connecticut died Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Kindred Hearts Elkhorn, WI.  He was born May 13, 1929 in Bridgeport CT. the son of the late Frank and Alice (Welch) Kettledon.  Bill served in the US Army and National Guard from 1948 to 1952 with tour of duty in Germany. He worked as a welder for over 20 years with Hughes/McDonald Douglas Corp retiring in 1991.  He was avid movie buff and enjoyed traveling. He was a former member of the Elmwood CT VFW.  He is survived by his four sons; William F. Kettledon of Snowmass, CO, Craig Michael Kettledon of Lodi, WI, Patrick (Geri) Kettledon of Racine, WI and Kenneth (Candice) Kettledon of Genoa City, WI, by four grandchildren; Angela Kamien, Sean Kettledon, Jessie Groleau and Danielle Kettledon, and many wonderful great grandchildren and by a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife Suzanne Craig and second wife Rosebela Robdeau , two sisters and four brothers.  Graveside Service with military honors will be1:00PM on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at State Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown, CT 06457.  On-line guestbook is at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.
