William J. "Jim" Wallis, age 66, of Genoa City, WI and formerly of Tacoma, WA, died Monday afternoon October 10, 2016 at Burr Oak Manor in Genoa City.

William James Wallis was born on December 7, 1949 in Minneapolis, MN, the son of the late Walter C. and Dorothy M. Munro Wallis.  He received a Bachelor's Degree in Education.

William worked for 39 years as a computer operator for Amtrak in Chicago.

William is survived by: 1 sister, Beth (John) Cullen of Rolling Meadows, IL; 3 brothers, C. Robert Wallis of the Phillipines, Keith (Doreen) Wallis of Hawaii and Greg (Nok) Wallis of Thailand.

Private Family services and inurnment will be held in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine, IL. Memorial Remembrances in William's name may be made to Save a Pet, 31664 N.
