William "Bill" J. Hall, 84 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center.  He was born June 16, 1937 in Glidden, WI, the son of late Earl and Caroline (Wallisch) Hall.  Bill was united in marriage to Helen V. Preston in Chicago, IL on January 10, 1955.  Bill enjoyed spending his time at Camp McGee in Glidden, WI.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter.  Bill was a gifted craftsman and could build anything.  He was a professional dog trainer who specialized on working with Labrador retrievers.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Helen, two children; Victoria (George) Patryn of South Elgin, IL and Thomas (Vincenza Castiello) Hall of Elkhorn, WI, daughter-in-law, Judi Hall of Chesapeake, VA, five grandchildren; Jeffrey Patryn, David (Crystal) Loranger,  Brian (Robin) Hall, Jessica (Nathan) Miller and Adam Miholic, five step-grandchildren; Angela (William) Hasty, Kris Bohr, Emily and Brayden Norris, Vincent and Gianni Castillo, nine great-grandchildren; Oliver Patryn, Halie Loranger, Anthony, MacKenzie, and Payton Hall, Abbie and Ryleigh Miller and Sloan and Grace Miholic, five step-great-grandchildren; Kelsey Hasty, Javier Hasty, Gia Ordonez, Alyssa Grisby and Liam Hasty, and his sister, Nancy Vetter of Villa Park, IL.  He was preceded in death by his parents, son, James Hall, granddaughter, Kristin Hall and sister, Theresa Hauslien.
