William "Joe" J. Biagi, 87 of Elkhorn, died unexpectedly Friday, September 8, 2017 at Lakeland Health Care Center.  He was born December 25, 1929 in Waukegan, IL, the son of the late Joseph and Ethlyn (Morrissey) Biagi. He served in the United State Air Force from June 6, 1951 to October 19, 1953.  Joe worked as a Tool and Die Maker.  Joe is survived by his special friend, Ruth Eisentraut of Elkhorn, WI, his brother, James (Vicki) Biagi of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Nan Welsh.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Wednesday September 13, 2017 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N.
