William "Bill" R. Kaczmarek, 66 of Delavan, WI, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Mercy Hospital Walworth.   He was born August 3, 1955 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of late Richard W. and Sadie (Sparacino) Kaczmarek.  Bill was united in marriage to Jolene M. Kingsbury on October 28, 1995 in Mequon, WI.  He was a member of New Life Assembly of God Church in Janesville, WI, and served on the worship team.  Bill loved music, playing his guitar and singing.  He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Bill loved to watch movies and reading, especially Napoleon Hill's books. He enjoyed collecting die cast cars.  Bill was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandpa.

Bill is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jolene, two children; Ashley (Jim) Justen and Justin Heian, three grandchildren; Ethan, Aaron and Owen Justen, mother-in-law, Elaine Kukuwich, father-in-law, James Kingsbury, three sisters-in-law, Amy Kingsbury, Wendee (Lee) Griffin and Traci (Tony) Tarnowski, many extended family members and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother, Lawrence and step-father-in-law, Robert Kukuwich.

Funeral Service will be 11:00AM on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at New Life Assembly of God, 2416 N Wright Rd, Janesville, WI, with Pastor Brent Beesley.  Visitation will be 10:00AM until the time of service Thursday at church.  Interment will be at 1:00PM on Thursday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Elkhorn, WI.  The family request and encourages that family and friends please wear a mask or face covering.
