William "Bill" R. Bulka, 77, of Elkhorn, WI, died Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.  He was born December 3, 1937 in Fillmore, IL, the son of Clifford and Thelma Bulka.  Bill was united in marriage to Paula Hitchcock on April 28, 1984 at Como Community Church in Lake Geneva, WI.  He served in the United States Army for 2 years and was a member of American Legion Post 45.  Bill was a member of the NRA and EEA with his private pilot's license.  He owned and operated Bulka Drywall and Plastering in Elkhorn for over 50 years retiring in 2010.  Bill enjoyed hunting, archery, and riding his Harley.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Paula, five children, their families and two sisters.  He was preceded in death by his parents, son, sister and two brothers.

Funeral Service will be 12:00PM on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory in Elkhorn, WI.  Visitation will be 10:00AM until service time at the funeral home on Saturday.  Interment will follow services at Mount Pleasant Cemetery with military honors.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory handled arrangements for the Bulka Family.  Online Guest Book at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.
