William R. Zimmerman age 91 of San Tan Valley Arizona and formerly of Northbrook, IL. Died November 2, 2016 in Arizona.  He was born on November 6, 1924 in Chicago, IL.   The son of the late William and Aura-Lee (Lewis) Zimmerman.  He was united in marriage to Elsie Fairaizl for 45 years prior to her preceded him in death.    He served in the United States Navy during World War II.   He was born a city boy, he became an accomplished gardener and outdoorsman.  He was an engraver and master wood carver, He was a wonderful Father and Grandfather.

He is survived by his three children: Laurel Zimmerman, Jay (Becky) Zimmerman, Scott (Maaqa) Zimmerman.   Further survived by his Grandchildren: Kevin, Colin, Holly and Alea.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 12, 2016 at 1:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home   620 Legion Dr.  Twin Lakes, WI.   Visitation will from 11:00AM until service time at the funeral home on Saturday.  Burial will be in Mound Prairie Cemetery, Twin Lakes, WI.   Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.   The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home of Twin Lakes, WI. is assisting the family.
