Winston W. Marsh III, age 67, of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025. He was born on June 16, 1958, in Virginia, the son of Patricia and the late Winston W. Marsh II. He was united in marriage to his wife, Penelope "Penny" (Rand) Marsh on September 6, 1998, in Illinois.

Winston is survived by his loving wife, Penny Marsh; mother, Patricia Marsh, brother; Christopher (Julie) Marsh and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Winston is preceded in death by his father, Winston W. Marsh II.

A celebration of life will occur at the Marsh residence on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 2:00PM-6:00PM.
