Yanina Shkarovsky

Yanina Shkarovsky passed away on October 21, 2026, in Genoa City, Wisconsin, at the age of 77. She was born in the Ukraine on October 28, 1948.  The daughter of the late Alexander and Sarra Shkolnik. 

She will be remembered with love by those who knew her and by her family, who carry her memory forward with deep affection. Yanina found enjoyment in reading books and in working with jewelry beads, interests that brought beauty, creativity, and quiet pleasure to her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Naum.

Yanina is survived by her daughter, Yelena Prus, and her son-in-law, Steve Prus. She also leaves behind her beloved grandsons, Matthew Prus and Jonathan Prus. Her family will remember her with love and gratitude, and her presence will remain a lasting part of their lives.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
