Charles “Chuck” Delaney, 83, of Elkhorn, WI, died Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. He was born May 31, 1937 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late John and Clara (Look) Delaney.  Chuck graduated from Elkhorn High School with the Class of 1956.  He served eight years in the Army National Guard.  Chuck was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Harazin on October 7, 1961 at St. Patrick Catholic Church of Elkhorn. He worked as a custodian for Badger High School for 16 years and Lakeland Hospital for 18 years before his retirement in 1997.  Chuck was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, East Troy American Legion Post 188 and the Red Arrow Club of Janesville.  He enjoyed being outside cutting wood and clearing lots.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Patricia, his three children; Linda (DJ) Richardson of Elkhorn, WI, Cathy (Kurt) Picknell of Elkhorn, WI, and John (Candace) Delaney of Janesville, WI, and his six grandchildren; Gabrielle and Gwendolyn Richardson, Colin and Connor Delaney, Zachary Picknell and Irina (Ryan) Rische and one great-grandson Nash Rische.

Private Family Service will be held at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory of Elkhorn, WI.  Private interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Elkhorn, WI.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in Chuck’s name may be made to Open Arms Free Clinic 205 Commerce Court Elkhorn, WI 53121.   Online guest book is at  Funeral arrangements completed by Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory.
