Cole Haldor Gudmundsen, age 28 of Twin Lakes, WI, died on Sunday, November 1st, 2020. The loving son of David Gudmundsen and Elizabeth (Wagner) Peterson, Cole was born on May 17th, 1992 in Waukegan, IL. During his life, he enjoyed spending time with friends, playing pool, and he especially loved going fishing. An animal lover with a huge heart, Cole was a selfless young man who would do anything for anyone in need, and could light up a room with his smile. Cole will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Cole is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lisa and James Peterson; his father and step-mother, David and Laura Gudmundsen; his sisters Holli and Heather Gudmundsen; step-siblings Ashlee and Tyler Peterson, Mike Garrett, Anthony Hernandez, and Sierra Schei; nieces Aniyah Cole and Leonna Peterson; nephew Craig Mors; grandmother Phyllis Wagner; step-grandparents Peder and Linda Hansen; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as his best friend and brother forever, Jake Strazzanti. Cole is preceded in death by his grandparents Kurt Wagner and Sarah Riley, Dave and Carol Gudmundsen, and step-grandmother Minnie LaRocca.
