Dennis Roger Dohse of Twin Lakes, WI passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September, 9th in Twin Lakes, WI.
Dennis was born on February 26, 1958 in Nebraska. Dennis spent the majority of his life as a resident of Kenosha County. The son of the late Raymond Dohse and late Dorothy Dohse. Dennis was united in marriage to the late Linda Dohse in Twin Lakes, WI on June 8, 1996.
Dennis enjoyed many hobbies such as golf, aviation, playing pool, motorcycling riding, and model building. He built from scratch an 8 foot model aircraft carrier with life like detail that was put on display at the Great Lakes Naval Base in northern Illinois. Dennis was a jokester and enjoyed making everyone laugh. He was an avid and loyal Green Bay Packer fan. He loved spending time with his family. All of his siblings shared a very special bond with him.
He is survived by his seven siblings Charles (Wanda) Dohse of Wisconsin, Alan Dohse (Marcia Durrant) of Wisconsin, Kathy DelGrande of California, Jeffrey Dohse of Wisconsin, Teresa McNamara of California, Janice Heine of California, Donald Dohse of Alaska. One step brother Kenneth (Elaine) Dohse of Georgia, One step-grandson Zachery Anderson, One stepbrother in law Roger Berger. Many beloved nephews and nieces to pieces, grand nephews and grand nieces.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Linda (Anderson) Dohse, his parents Raymond and Dorothy Dohse, a step-sister Brenda Berger, and his loyal K-9 companion Sammy.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Donovan’s Reef 611 Rink Ave. Twin Lakes, WI 53181. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
Memorials may be made to Safe Harbor Humane Society of Kenosha to honor Dennis’ love of animals.
